7) Returns

At “You are not alone because I am here,” we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the option to cancel your order (right of withdrawal). You must exercise this right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days of purchase and before the service(s) have been provided.

Furthermore, if the 10-hour voucher has already been started, the application of the 30-day guarantee offered by “You are not alone because I am here” will only be assessed on the remaining hours of use.
